What are your prices?

This program is offered on a donation basis.

There is no fixed fee per session. Instead, you are invited to contribute in a way that reflects the value you receive and your current capacity to give. Some will give more. Some will give less. For perspective, one-on-one personalized coaching commonly ranges from $150-$300 per hour.

We believe growth should not be restricted by financial barriers. If this work resonates with you, we trust you to honor it with generosity and integrity.

Your contribution supports the continued development of this program and allows us to extend it to others who are rebuilding, recalibrating, and seeking clarity in their lives.

This is not a transaction. It’s a shared investment in transformative work.

What if I want to nominate someone I know?

If someone you care about comes to mind, you’re welcome to nominate them. Growth is most effective when it’s chosen, not assigned, so we ask that you first have a conversation with them and ensure they’re open to the idea.

Once they express interest, you can submit their name and contact information through our contact form, and we’ll reach out directly with an invitation to explore the program. We approach every nomination with discretion and respect. Our role is not to persuade, but to offer a structured opportunity for those who are ready to step into it.

How can I pay for services?

Payments can be made via Zelle, Venmo, or bank transfer for your convenience.

How much time does it take?

This program requires two dedicated sessions per week. Our sessions average 60 minutes in length. Outside of those meetings, you should plan to spend uninterrupted time reflecting each week in preparation. The reflection time varies by person, but most participants set aside 30 to 60 minutes total across the week.

In total, you can expect to invest approximately 2.5 to 3 hours per week. The consistency matters more than the volume. This is structured time set apart to think clearly, reflect honestly, and move forward deliberately.

Is this program faith-based?

Yes. The foundation of this program is rooted in the Word of God as its compass. Scripture informs the structure and direction of the work, alongside established psychological research and publicly available personal development frameworks.

That said, this is not an “in-your-face” religious experience. Faith operates as an orienting framework in the background of the personal work we do. You will not be pressured into theological debate, performance, or outward expression. The focus is on reflection, responsibility, clarity, and growth.

Participants who have an active faith often find the integration deeply grounding. Those who are exploring, rebuilding, or quietly wrestling with belief typically experience it as spacious and respectful. The aim is not to preach, but to create a steady moral and spiritual compass while you do the real work of examining your patterns, decisions, and direction.

Is it confidential?

Absolutely.

What you share in these sessions is treated with the same seriousness and discipline as a sterile cockpit preparing for flight. This is your story, not ours. We hold it with care, discretion, and respect.

Nothing you share is discussed outside of your sessions. There is no casual reference, no repurposing, no storytelling beyond the space you are in. The integrity of this work depends on trust, and trust requires confidentiality.
